Principales Responsabilidades:
- Elaborar y gestionar la planificación de mantenimiento de equipos.
- Realizar seguimiento a indicadores de gestión (KPIs) de mantenimiento.
- Controlar la disponibilidad de recursos (personal, herramientas y repuestos).
- Realizar la programación diaria, semanal y mensual de las labores de mantenimiento y reparación a ser ejecutadas en los equipos.
- Realizar el monitoreo y registro de las desviaciones a los planes de mantenimiento programados con la finalidad de retroalimentas a las áreas operativas.
- Actualizar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo.
- Gestionar información técnica y reportes para la toma de decisiones.
- Cumplir con los estándares de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (EHS).
Requisitos:
- Ingeniero(a),en las carreras de Mecánica, Industrial, Electrónica o afines.
- Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de equipos en minería o sectores similares.
- Conocimiento en planificación y programación de mantenimiento.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión (SAP u otro ERP – deseable).
- Excel intermedio o avanzado.
- Conocimiento de estándares de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
