Principais Atividades:
- Administrar a carteira de pedidos de exportação, acompanhando status, atualizando sistemas e garantindo o fluxo end-to-end;
- Acompanhar entregas, faturamento e documentação, assegurando conformidade com requisitos fiscais e prazos acordados;
- Atuar junto a vendas e stakeholders logísticos, apoiando operações, comunicando status e solucionando desvios;
- Monitorar KPIs e impulsionar melhorias operacionais, contribuindo com análises, projetos e padronização de processos.
Requisitos:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento nos cursos de Administração, Comércio Exterior, Logística ou áreas afins;
- Experiência em administração de vendas, especialmente com processos de exportação;
- Inglês e Excel avançados;
- Espanhol (desejável);
- Disponibilidade para atuar em Nova Santa Rita/RS.
