Our Distribution Centre is one of the biggest in the country, and during peak season, it’s go-time. We’re growing our DC whānau to meet demand – and that’s where you come in.

Job Description

Our Pick by Store team is the heartbeat of our store deliveries. You’ll be:

  • Picking stock accurately for store orders using RF scanners
  • Building and wrapping pallets ready for safe transport
  • Operating electric pallet jacks (MHE)
  • Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and safe
  • Teaming up with others to keep the DC moving smoothly

This is a fixed term position until the end of January 2027.

Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm

$30.28/hr

Please note: This role is to support our Peak Period through to January 2027. As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (Please note, we do not work public holidays).

Qualifications

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Hold a current OSH Forklift Certificate (essential)
  • Have previous warehouse or Distribution Centre experience
  • Can work at pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Are physically fit and comfortable lifting, bending, and moving stock throughout your shift
  • Have experience operating pallet jacks and working safely in a warehouse environment
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude and communicate effectively
  • Are a team player who can also work independently
  • Are legally entitled to work in New Zealand

To be considered for this role, you must hold a current OSH Forklift Certificate or F Endorsement to operate our MHE vechine.
