Pharmacien·ne – Distribution (Présentiel ou télétravail)
- Modalités : Présentiel ou télétravail (jusqu'à 7 j /semaine). Présentiel obligatoire 1 fin de semaine sur 2. Du lundi au vendredi en présentiel ou télétravail.
- Taux horaire proposé : 65 $ / heure
Pharmacien·ne – Oncologie (Télétravail / À distance)
- Modalités : Validation d'ordonnances en oncologie et/ou enseignement aux patients à distance (jusqu'à 4 j/semaine).
- Taux horaire proposé : 55 $ / heure
- Exigences spécifique: Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en oncologie hospitalière au Québec, expérience en validation d'ordonnances et enseignement aux patients (français et anglais).
- Formation & Permis : Membre en règle de l'OPQ, Maîtrise en pharmacothérapie avancée (Québec), Loi 31, accès DSQ personnels.
- Logiciels : Fonctionnel sur Gespharx (modules validation, numérisation, clinique, BCM) et DME MYLE en oncologie.
- Langues : Français maîtrisé (oral/écrit) + capacité de rédaction en anglais.
- Assurance FARPOPQ (catégorie A).
