- Team member training or support on knowledge document preparation
- Mentoring team members and driving process efficiencies
- High work ethics and sense of ownership
- Proactive approach, good interpersonal and coordination skills• Works in alignment with team objectives and is a team player
- Strong communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholder Process Related
- Delivering quality by ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs and quality logs
- Project conceptualization, management and communication with stakeholders
- Generating insights by acquiring the domain knowledge and driving compliance to support the business process
- Project and performance management, client engagement and governance
- Ability to work under pressure• Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
Project related:
- Project management including coordination, meeting pre-work, meeting minutes, and documentation.
- Building Forecast, convert it into insights, and present to stakeholders
- Maintaining CI pipelines for peers regularly, Company strategy decks
- Ad hoc involving secondary research and insights based on data, may involve creating slides sometimes
Qualifications
MBBS/ Ph.D./ BDS/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ Life Sciences degree/, Biotech
