Petroleum Construction Installer/Foreman - ** MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Installer/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of construction experience, be responsible for a variety of tasks on active job sites, including preparing work areas, operating tools and equipment, loading/unloading materials, and supporting other tradespeople as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of products and systems according to specifications and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform physical labor on construction sites including demolition, excavation, and material handling
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any materials used and time spent on each project.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 75%
• 5-10 years previous experience in construction or a related field
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Valid driver’s license
• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every project undertaken.
