Personal Computer Technician

Job Description:
The Personal Computer Technician is responsible for providing in-house personal computer/software/ network support, installation, upgrade, repair and maintenance based on demonstrated knowledge of personal computers and software including all Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, iOS, and other desktop applications. Troubleshoot personal computer, software and network problems and ensure they are available when needed. Advise others on personal computer, software and network problems. Provide professionalism relating to staff and vendors.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 1 year in computer related field involving hardware and software installation and support preferred.
