หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities):

  • Agency Management: เป็นตัวแทนบริษัทในการประสานงาน บรีฟงาน และควบคุมทิศทางการทำงานของ External Agency ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท
  • Ads Optimization: ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และช่วย Agency (หรือทำเองในบางแคมเปญ) ในการปรับปรุงโฆษณา (Optimize) บนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ เช่น Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok ฯลฯ เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (CPA, CTR, ROAS)
  • Strategy & Planning: ร่วมวางแผนกลยุทธ์ Performance Marketing กับทีม รวมถึงการจัดสรรงบประมาณ (Budget Allocation) ในแต่ละช่องทาง
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: ติดตามผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก Dashboard/Analytics Tools และจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลพร้อมข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาแคมเปญต่อไป

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications):

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing หรือ Media Buying อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเรื่อง Ads Platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok ฯลฯ) และเครื่องมือวัดผล (Google Analytics, Pixel, Tag Manager)
  • มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานร่วมกับ Agency หรือเคยอยู่ฝั่ง Agency มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data-driven) และสามารถตัดสินใจเพื่อทำ Ads Optimization ได้อย่างแม่นยำ
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถบรีฟงานและต่อรองกับพาร์ทเนอร์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
