We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, measurement, and continuous improvement of digital acquisition activities across multiple channels. The role acts as the team's Performance Marketing SME, ensuring effective collaboration with agency partners, data-driven decision making, and measurable business outcomes.

What will you do:

  • Support execution and continuous optimization (testing and experimentation) of performance marketing plans across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging channels, aligned with business objectives and acquisition targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external media and performance marketing agencies; monitor agency performance against agreed KPIs and ensure accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition performance and marketing efficiency.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and ensure delivery of actionable insights and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance scorecards; monitor and analyze key KPIs including CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, and Marketing ROI.
  • Translate campaign and customer data into actionable recommendations; prepare performance reports and present insights, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams to improve customer journeys and conversion performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement through GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs, and related tools.

What you will need in order to succeed:

  • A BSc in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Relevant MSc / MA will be considered as a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Paid Media.
  • 2+ years of experience in Team, agency, or budget management.
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business growth through performance marketing initiatives.
  • Significant experience managing and collaborating with external agencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, and reporting tools such as Looker
  • Studio or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on experience setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns directly on ad platforms (not only briefing agencies)
