We are looking for a data-driven and results-orientedย Performance Marketing Managerย to lead digital acquisition, campaign optimisation, and revenue growth across e-commerce channels. The role combinesย performance marketing, data analytics, e-commerce ROAS, creative strategy, and marketing technologyย to build scalable customer acquisition programs.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across paid media, analytics, creative, and e-commerce operations, using data to make informed decisions and improve campaign efficiency. You will play a key role in driving profitable growth through structured experimentation, performance optimisation, and strong collaboration across marketing and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and executeย performance marketing strategiesย focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid digital campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Track and improveย e-commerce ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, AOV, and other key performance metrics.
- Analyse campaign, customer, product, and website data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance analyses to communicate campaign results and actionable insights.
- Useย GA4ย to analyse customer journeys, traffic sources, conversions, engagement, and e-commerce performance.
- Implement and maintain accurate marketing and conversion tracking throughย Google Tag Manager.
- Work withย Shopifyย to analyse store performance, conversion funnels, product performance, and customer behaviour.
- Identify tracking gaps and coordinate with technical teams to improve data accuracy and attribution.
- Develop a strongย creative strategyย based on performance data, customer insights, audience behaviour, and campaign results.
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, and creative partners to develop high-performing ad concepts, formats, and messaging.
- Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and proactively identify underperforming areas.
- Optimise budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and campaign structures to improve efficiency.
- Translate analytics into clear recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, creative, product, and technology teams to improve the overall customer acquisition funnel.
- Stay updated on changes in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, attribution practices, and e-commerce trends.
- Continuously experiment with new growth opportunities, channels, creative approaches, and optimisation techniques.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experienceย in performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce growth, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience withย Data Analytics and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage and optimiseย e-commerce ROASย and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding ofย customer acquisition, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, AOV, and revenue optimisation.
- Hands-on experience withย Shopifyย and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong working knowledge ofย GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion and event tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data and convert insights into actions.
- Experience developing performance-focusedย Creative Strategyย and collaborating with creative teams.
- Practical experience with A/B testing, experimentation, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms and digital acquisition strategies.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets and performance reports.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, commercially aware, and focused on measurable outcomes.
