What you’ll do:
- You will support our P&O teams by building automations and tools using Power Automate and code, based on clearly defined requirements.
- You will collaborate with the colleagues who use our solutions, gather their feedback and help maintain and improve existing solutions with guidance from the team.
- You will use AI tools to work more efficiently and explore new approaches to problem solving.
- You will document the solutions you work on, so they are easy for others to understand and maintain.
- You will learn from experienced colleagues how to analyse requests, identify root causes and design sustainable solutions, while gaining exposure to HR areas from Talent Acquisition to People Development through the lens of processes and automation.
Who we're looking for:
- You are fluent in English
- You are currently studying, or have completed a degree in, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have some experience with Power Automate or with coding in TypeScript, Python or PowerShell, and you are curious about using AI tools to solve real-world challenges.
- You work in a structured way, pay attention to detail, communicate openly and deliver on agreed timelines, flagging potential blockers early.
- You treat data confidentiality seriously and handle HR data with care, in line with our compliance and confidentiality guidelines.
- You ask thoughtful questions, explain technical topics in clear and simple language, and enjoy understanding why a process is not working as intended, with the motivation to take on more ownership over time.
