People Operations Generalist

These groups work closely together to bring in the best talent for Team Belvedere and from day one, make sure that all team members have all the tools they need to succeed and develop through their tenure.  Belvedere Trading is hiring a People Operations Generalist to join our People Team. This role sits at the analytical core of the function: you'll own People analytics and the HRIS as our system of record, along with compensation market data, the performance review program, and offboarding. You'll own the data and systems that tell us what's happening across the employee lifecycle and help shape how the function evolves as the firm scales.  The ideal candidate will carry People analytics and HRIS ownership at a more analytical level than administration: defining metrics, maintaining data integrity, and empowering managers and leaders to use the data to make decisions. The right person has enough analytical rigor to earn credibility with leaders, and enough People Operations depth to own programs that scale across the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership over how a growing People function measures itself, likes working closely with a small team, and wants to build something rather than just maintain it.
