  • Ensure regulatory compliance, statutory filings, and audit readiness in line with Colombian payroll regulations, managing key stakeholder relationships to deliver proactive customer outcomes.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, project activities, and non-PTB operational support according to defined KPIs and ServiceNow OKRs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global PSS peers to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality service delivery.

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll services, time, and benefits administration, preferably within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.

  • In-depth, mandatory knowledge of the complete Colombian payroll cycle, labor law, tax, social security, and local regulatory requirements (excluyente).

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation) alongside strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to operate independently in a matrix, fast-paced, and multicultural environment handling competing priorities.
