Job Description

We’re looking for a Payroll Student to join our Payroll team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you’ll support the team with administrative and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in payroll operations within a large global organization.  

In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Organize and file payroll-related documents  

• Maintain employee records and update data in relevant systems  

• Support ongoing operational tasks for the Payroll team  

• Work regularly with Excel spreadsheets and payroll-related data  

• Perform basic data checks to ensure information is complete and accurate  

• Support onboarding and offboarding documentation 

Qualifications

• Current student with availability to work part-time  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills  

• Service orientation and responsibility  

• Ability to learn new systems quickly  

• Previous administrative/operational experience – an advantage  

• Experience with Hilan/payroll systems – an advantage
