Als Marke von Trane Technologies, sind wir bei der AL‑KO THERM GMBH die Spezialisten für die Herstellung und den Vertrieb von AL‑KO Lüftungs- und Absauganlagen mit Sitz in Jettingen-Scheppach bei Augsburg. Die Unternehmensbereiche AL-KO Air Technology und AL‑KO Extraction Technology entwickeln und produzieren mit rund 600 Beschäftigten in Deutschland maßgeschneiderte raumlufttechnische Anlagen sowie ein breites Spektrum an industriellen Absauganlagen für die verschiedensten Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Payroll-Teams suchen wir Sie am Standort Jettingen-Scheppach als
Payroll Specialist - Fokus SAP (w/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Stammdatenpflege in SAP HCM und in Workday
- Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
- Ansprechperson für alle Lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Kontenklärung im engen Austausch mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Betriebsprüfungen
- Unterstützung Zeitwirtschaft Interflex, nach Systemumstellung UKG Dimension
- SAP Key-User – Bindeglied zwischen SAP-Systemhaus und IT
- Berichtswesen
- Personalkostenplanung
- Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-Kollegen aus dem Konzern, vor allem bei globalen HR-Projekten
Ihre Basis und Ihre Stärken:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, besonders in Excel sowie in Workday sind von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Eigenverantwortung
- Hohe Serviceorientierung
- Loyalität, Zuverlässigkeit, absolute Verschwiegenheit und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Engagement und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hands-on Mentalität, problemorientiertes Vorgehen und Durchsetzungsvermögen
