As a Payroll Manager, you’re not just leading the hotel’s payroll operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Administer payroll to highest standard: Manage hotel payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee payroll data management: Supervise team member vacation accruals, deductions, hours, and wage reporting to ensure accuracy
• Deliver accurate payroll reporting: Ensure timely and precise federal and state payroll reports, while supporting payroll forecasting efforts
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
