Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Besonderen:

  • Empfang von Patienten und anderen Besuchern; Sie fungieren als Gastgeber;
  • Terminplanung und -koordination;
  • Erledigen allgemeiner, administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben,
  • Nachbearbeitung von Patienenberatungen
  • Koordinationsaufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Vor- und Nachbereitung von medizinischen Eingriffen; und
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen gestalten Sie einen besonderen Moment für unsere Patienten bei ihrem Besuch bei den Weight Doctors.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Schönheitsbranche von Vorteil;
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder ähnliche Ausbildung von Vorteil;
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung;
  • Multitasking-Fähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit;
  • ausgezeichnetes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift;
  • Ausgeprägte digitale und PC-Kenntnisse sowie eine schnelle Arbeitsweise über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg
  • Liebe zum Detail
  • Besondere Qualifikationen, Weiterbildungen und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch wären von Vorteil.
