Shift: (3) 12-hour shifts; 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Under the direction of a licensed professional, our PCTs provide hands-on care, comfort, and support while helping keep our unit safe, efficient, and running smoothly. From helping patients with everyday needs to assisting with clinical procedures, you’ll be there for the moments that matter.

Responsibilities
- Partners with the RN and other licensed healthcare team membersto achieve patient care outcomes and goals of care, as identified in the plan of care.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living e.g. dressing, bathing, walking
- Acknowledges and meets patients’ needs regarding movement and elimination.
- Answers patient call lights and responds appropriately to patient requests.
- Obtains, monitors, and records vital signs, weights, and intake and output.
- Transports patients, equipment, supplies, and specimens in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED, or current enrollment/actively pursuing completion is required
Experience:
- Healthcare experience in a clinical or hospital patient care setting is preferred
