Position Overview: The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital role in ensuring a positive, organized, and efficient patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within established processes, coordinating multiple moving parts, and being part of a collaborative, low-drama team environment. The perfect candidate has a positive attitude, strong listening skills, and a desire to learn and grow.
