REQUIREMENTS
Seeking Patent Agents with Artificial Intelligence (in particular natural language processing) or Software experience to draft and prosecute patent applications. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree required. An advanced degree in Computer Science is strongly preferred. Prior patent prosecution experience required. USPTO registration number required. Previous work experience in AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, or Software is required.
