Parts Specialist
About this role
LSH Auto is on the lookout for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and ensuring that our customers receive the parts they need to keep vehicles running smoothly.
This is a full-time position with 45 working hours per week.
Salary: Up to £30,387 plus OTE bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with orders.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Collaborate with service technicians to identify and source required parts efficiently.
- Keep records of orders and deliveries to ensure accurate inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
