O objetivo desta função é  prospectar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de parcerias, construir relacionamentos estratégicos com marcas e stakeholders, impulsionar o crescimento de receita, apoiar a execução e garantir a excelência na entrega das Parcerias de Marketing.

 

Descrição da vaga

Principais Responsabilidades 

  • Prospectar, negociar e gerenciar parcerias estratégicas com marcas e empresas alinhadas aos objetivos da Red Bull;
  • Desenvolver propostas comerciais e apresentações impactantes, com forte componente estratégico e storytelling visual;
  • Representar a área em reuniões com parceiros, incluindo alinhamentos e acompanhamentos pós-reunião;
  • Apoiar a execução e a entrega de projetos de parceria, garantindo os entregáveis dentro dos prazos e entre os diferentes stakeholders;
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com parceiros, agências e equipes internas;
  • Acompanhar oportunidades comerciais, KPIs, funil de vendas e resultados das parcerias;
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com times multifuncionais, como Marketing, On Premise, Off Premise, entre outras áreas internas.

Qualificações

  • Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Economia, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas
  • Experiência sólida e comprovada em funções comerciais, de marketing, administrativas ou de eventos em organizações
  • Habilidades comerciais
  • Gestão de parcerias e patrocínios
  • Controle financeiro e gestão de orçamento
  • Planejamento e execução de projetos/eventos
  • Inglês fluente
