About this role

About Sendbird

Sendbird powers meaningful conversations for global enterprises through communication APIs and AI agent platforms. Our mission is to power every meaningful conversation in the world — human to human, and human to AI. We work with leading companies to deploy AI agents in real production environments, where reliability, quality, and trust matter as much as innovation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner & GTM Intern to support Sendbird's partnership and go-to-market operations in Seoul. This role sits at the intersection of partnership operations and GTM research, working closely with our Partnerships and GTM teams to help scale Sendbird's AI business.

You will play a key role in Partnership funding operations and Co-sell processes — helping manage funding applications, reimbursements, and partner portal/pipeline management. You will also support GTM research initiatives, including market analysis, target account research, and sales/marketing operation improvement, to accelerate Sendbird's go-to-market execution.

This is not a passive observer role — your work will directly influence Sendbird's partnership initiatives and go-to-market strategy.

What you will do

  • Support partner funding operations, including cost estimation, funding applications, expense documentation, and reimbursement processing.
  • Manage partner co-sell operations, including pipeline management, deal registration, and regular CRM updates.
  • Lead and support partnership ops projects, such as partner data hygiene & reporting, sales process routinization, and partner portal migration initiatives.
  • Conduct target account research across key regions to support GTM strategy and prioritization.
  • Support lead prioritization & assignment, and research new vertical or sales motion opportunities.
  • 6month internship

What you bring

  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Interest in AI, B2B partnerships, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines across internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and structured documentation.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills both in Korean and English.

Nice to have

  • Interests in conversational AI, chatbots, or LLM-related topics.
  • Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude) for research, data analysis, and automation
  • Experiences with B2B CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft)

What you'll gain

  • Hands-on experience with the partner ecosystem (Funding, Co-sell, ACE/WorkSpan) at an enterprise AI company.
  • A practical understanding of how partnership operations and GTM research drive enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Partnerships, GTM, and Sales Ops.
  • Mentorship from experienced partnership and GTM leaders.

Flexible Work Policy

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird.  We also value collaboration and relationship building.  With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum.  Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule.  Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.

What diversity and inclusion mean to us

There is no such thing as a perfect candidate and the best employees come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets. Sendbird is a place where everyone can learn and grow. We respect, promote, and encourage diversity for equal employment opportunities and encourage you to apply if this role excites you.

Why Sendbird

We spent a decade building the conversation infrastructure that the world runs on. Now we're putting intelligence on top of it. You won't be joining a company still figuring out its AI strategy. You'll be joining one that has already made the bet, shipped the product, and is moving fast to lead the category. If you want to build something that matters, with a team that knows how, this is it.
