Role Summary
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Service Crew to support daily F&B operations. The role involves providing good customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and assist with basic guest enquiries.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
- Support daily opening, closing, and operational duties.
- Assist with guest flow, reservations, and basic service recovery when needed.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and service procedures.
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, café, or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Valid food hygiene certification is preferred.
- Able to communicate well and work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
