About this role
- Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
- Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
- Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
- Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
- Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years old & above due to sale and supply of tobacco products
- Must be able to work 3-5 days per week including weekends & Public Holidays
- Must be able to commit for at least 3 months
- Strong customer service skills
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- A good team player, mature and self-driven
- Peak Shift Commitment Bonus (T&C applies)
- Transport provided after shift
- Work in airport environment
