職位內容：

• 負責文件掃描作業，確保影像清晰、完整且符合存檔規範。
• 執行文件品質檢查，辨識並標註模糊、缺頁、重複或格式異常之檔案，依指引進行修正或重新掃描。
• 依據原始資料或主管指示，對系統內既有資料進行核對、更新與必要之文字編輯及格式調整。
• 協助維護部門內部資料庫與文書系統，包括資料分類、歸檔、索引建立及定期備份確認。
• 配合團隊需求，在指定工作時段內完成交辦之文書處理、數據輸入及基本行政支援任務。

工作要求：

• 具備至少一年文書處理、資料輸入或行政支援相關工作經驗，歡迎中學畢業（中五／中七）或持副學士／高級文憑者應徵。
• 熟練操作中文及英文電腦系統，能快速準確鍵入中英文資料，熟悉Microsoft Word、Excel及常見掃描軟體操作者尤佳。
• 具備良好粵語溝通能力，能清晰理解口頭指示並以禮貌、穩健態度與同事及部門協作。
• 細心謹慎、責任感強，能獨立執行重複性文書作業並保持高正確率；具基本邏輯判斷力，可適度處理簡單資料異常狀況。
• 須為香港永久性居民，能於灣仔區和香港島辦公室穩定出勤；接受彈性排班安排，包括週一至週五每日8小時（09:00–18:00），每週2–3天；偶爾需配合週六上午班次（09:00–18:00）。
