Role Summary-
The Facilities & Operations Assistant supports the daily maintenance, functionality, and safety of company facilities and property. This role supports facility-related requests and helps to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. This is a part-time position onsite in Los Angeles.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operation of company facilities.
- Submit, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinates repairs, preventive maintenance, service requests, and facility projects.
- Conducts routine facility inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
- Supports facility moves, reconfigurations, and workspace set up activities.
- Supports with vendor and contractor management while on site.
- Maintains accurate facilities documentation and logs records.
- Maintains storage areas and ensure facilities equipment and supplies are organized and accessible.
Education, Experience, & Skills Required-
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a facility related role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating and working with vendors and service providers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and facility maintenance processes preferred.

Pay Range
$24—$26 USD
