What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Schedule automotive service appointments
- Provide repair status updates
- Answer basic questions and direct calls when needed
- Accurately document customer information
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, administrative support, banking, or a call center is a plus—but not required.
Schedule
Full-time position with a predictable schedule during our operating hours:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Possibility of Rotating Saturdays
