Job Description
Nestled between lake, bush and beach on Worimi Country, Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park is a favourite escape for families, couples and travellers wanting to slow down and reconnect with nature.

What You’ll Do
This role is a 3-month fixed term contract with potential for permanent.
- Overall park operations and guest experience
- Leadership of the onsite team
- Safety, compliance and risk
- Financial performance and reporting
- Relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Asset presentation and maintenance
- Continuous improvement and project work
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in park, hospitality or accommodation operations
- Leadership experience managing frontline teams
- Strong focus on safety, standards and guest satisfaction
- Confidence working with budgets, reporting and commercial outcomes
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
