Training will be provided, and although experience in the legal field is preferred, it is not required.

Our firm exists to help those who wish to plan for the legal protection and security of their families, and this position is crucial in allowing us to effectively help them. Your primary duties in this position would include:

  • Liaising with the firm’s estate planning team regarding various issues to ensure the firm’s continued quality service and efficiency.
  • Time-permitting, secondary duties in this position would involve assisting the legal team with various case-related support.

This position requires a person who is obsessed with attention to detail, who can eyeball a paragraph and catch an accidental extra space between two words, and who takes great pride in submitting a perfectly proofread document and a high-quality product. • Strong attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Experience in the legal field (particularly in estate planning and/or document drafting) is preferred, but not required.

Our firm has earned the prestigious “Great Place to Work” certification every year since 2022. Our team is friendly, kind, and works hard to get the job done right. We support one another through thick and thin, take pride in our work, and pursue excellence without compromise. Our approach has allowed us to succeed and build a loyal client base that has sustained our strong growth and has earned us various awards as well as enthusiastic reviews from our clients.
