About The Role:

BVNK is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team. This newly created role is an immediate need designed to support the Legal Department as the company navigates a period of expanded cross-functional legal demands. You will own and drive these essential corporate governance functions, serving as a go-to resource for teams across the organization who depend on Legal to move quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update subsidiary records, corporate books, and entity management databases
• Assist with miscellaneous corporate governance and compliance activities
• Handle document management, routine corporate filings, and related administrative tasks
• Support cross-functional teams—including Finance, Tax, Sales, HR, Payroll, and Benefits—with corporate legal requests
• Provide general departmental support to ensure timely, high-quality legal services across the organization

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm
• Solid working knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Tax, and other teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision, while knowing when to escalate
