About this role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our production team. The Painter is responsible for preparing, painting and finishing a variety of architectural metal products and components in accordance with company and industry standards. This positions plays a critical role in ensuring customer products meet appearance and durability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply liquid paint to product surfaces in accordance with manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Reduce paint to in accordance with manufacturer product data sheets
- Perform on-line quality control procedures.
- Perform color changes including, but not limited to cleaning paint guns, pumps and pressure pots.
- Maintain a clean working environment and participate in regular planned maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot common paint issues.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of industrial or automotive painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and surface preparation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work as a team or independently.
- Ability to work at a fast pace, on a constantly moving production line.
- Painter is required to wear a respirator and candidate is required to pass a qualitative medical review and fit test.

- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Monday - Friday
