Paid Search Coordinator EMEA (m/w/d)

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:  As a Paid Search Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across EMEA. You will play a key role in driving digital growth by ensuring best-in-class campaign delivery, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.  You’ll partner with Global Digital Growth Marketing, EMEA Brand Marketing, and key platform teams to turn regional insights into impactful action. You own channel execution and continuous optimization—balancing global strategy with local needs to support sustainable growth.  This role is based out of our Munich office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be able to work in office a minimum of 6 days per month and eligible to work in Germany. Mid-term we foresee the relocation of the role to Amsterdam/Netherlands.   Meet Your Future Team:  The EMEA Digital Commerce team is responsible for developing our ecommerce channel and all consumer-facing digital touchpoints for Arc’teryx in EMEA. It is a high-performing team responsible for direct-to-consumer ecommerce (strategy & operations), Digital Marketing (CRM / Paid / SEO), Digital Analytics and working closely with global counterparts. The team works closely with many other regional teams within Marketing and Commercial.
