About this role
The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Paid Search campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Paid Media Manager para sumar al equipo de dentsu Chile !!
Responsabilidades principales
- Ejecutar y optimizar campañas publicitarias en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, entre otras.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de KPIs definidos junto al cliente (como CPL, ROAS, CPA).
- Coordinar con equipos de creativos, analítica y tecnología para activar campañas correctamente.
- Analizar resultados y generar reportes con insights accionables.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora y escalamiento de campañas en el día a día.
- Mantener una relación fluida con el cliente en lo táctico y operativo.
Ejemplos prácticos del rol
- Activación de campañas: configurar y activar en medios digitales pagados según el objetivo del cliente; asegurar segmentación, estructura, piezas creativas y sistema de medición.
- Optimización diaria: detectar que una campaña no alcanza resultados esperados; ajustar inversión, modificar anuncios y proponer cambios en segmentación o formatos según análisis de performance.
- Reportes al cliente: preparar informes con foco en indicadores clave; explicar qué funcionó, qué ajustes se realizaron y qué acciones se recomiendan.
- Coordinación interna: gestionar requerimientos con diseño, analítica o tecnología; asegurar assets y configuraciones necesarias.
