Practicante SENA - Comercio Exterior y Operaciones Aduaneras

Estudiante en etapa práctica encargado de apoyar las actividades operativas y administrativas relacionadas con los procesos de importación, exportación, gestión documental, facturación, reportes e indicadores, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y al desarrollo eficiente de las operaciones de comercio exterior.

Perfil requerido:

  • Estudiante SENA o Universitario en etapa práctica de programas relacionados con Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Gestión Administrativa o afines.

  • Manejo básico de herramientas Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).

  • Deseable conocimiento básico en procesos de comercio exterior y gestión documental.

  • Habilidades de organización, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo.

  • Buena comunicación y disposición para el aprendizaje continuo.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar la recepción, revisión y organización de documentos relacionados con operaciones de importación y exportación.

  • Mantener actualizados los archivos físicos y digitales de las operaciones.

  • Ingresar y actualizar información en los sistemas corporativos utilizados por el área.

  • Apoyar el seguimiento de los documentos requeridos para los procesos aduaneros.

  • Colaborar en la elaboración de reportes operativos, indicadores y presentaciones de gestión.

  • Brindar soporte en actividades de facturación y control de costos operativos.

  • Apoyar la preparación de cotizaciones y documentación comercial requerida.

  • Realizar seguimiento administrativo a las operaciones asignadas y apoyar la generación de notificaciones a clientes internos y externos.

  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.

  • Apoyar las actividades de cumplimiento normativo, control documental y calidad.

  • Asistir a capacitaciones corporativas, de compliance, seguridad, salud en el trabajo y demás programas de formación definidos por la compañía.
