Our team is growing and we are looking for an Outbound Growth Intern to help us solve some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in AI today. 

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️

You'll focus on the North American market, working with our Head of Growth to research target accounts, build outreach sequences, and drive qualified pipeline from the US and Canada.

Important scheduling note: You'll need to be available during late CET hours (roughly 3 pm – 9 pm CET) to overlap with US/Canadian business hours. You can be based anywhere, but this schedule is non-negotiable.

Please note: This is a fixed-term 6-month internship. There is no path to full-time conversion at the end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research high-fit target accounts in the US and Canadian market
• Build and manage outreach sequences 
• Craft messaging tailored to NAM buyer behavior: less formal, more direct
• Write and iterate on outbound messaging, personalizing at scale without losing quality
• Being creative to adopt new ways to be successful in how to do your job
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM; report on what's working and what is not

What you’ll bring to our team?

• Based in Europe, genuine interest in AI
• Strong written and oral communication in English 
• Comfortable working late CET hours (3 pm – 9 pm CET) regularly
• Curious and research-driven; organized and self-directed
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn or some other professional tools
• Available for standard CET business hours
