OT Clerk
The selected candidate will report to the OT Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
Prepare the overtime book for:
- Operating Theatre staff
- On call nurses.
Prepare the please supply form for the nurses and doctors needs
Prepare the Quarterly Return, the Monthly Return and the Doctors' Rent.
Prepare Purchase Order and do the follow up.
Update the personnel file.
Make follow up of the consignment.
Looking for quotation from suppliers and do the follow up.
Make all entries of purchases on the computer.
Forecast the capital expenditure.
Follow up of all the maintenance contract.
Checking the stock movement and all entries done by pharmacy.
Checking the expiry items regularly.
Take Minutes of Operating Theatre meeting.

- Computer Literate
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
