Lead High-Performing OSHC Teams Across Melbourne's South East & East

We're looking for an inspiring Region Manager to lead a portfolio of 10-15 Outside School Hours Care services across Melbourne's East and South East, including Boronia, Belgrave and Cranbourne. What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same! One day you might be coaching Coordinators, developing action plans and supporting service quality. The next, you'll be meeting with school leaders, collaborating on community events, coaching a team through challenges or helping shape the future direction of a service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Service Coordinators and Educators
- Driving service quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Building trusted partnerships with schools, families and local communities
- Supporting engaging, child-focused programs across your portfolio
- Managing workforce planning, rostering and operational performance
- Coaching leaders through performance, development and growth opportunities
- Supporting incident management, risk and safety outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen services and deliver exceptional experiences for children

Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
You might already be a Region Manager, Area Manager or Operations Leader. Or perhaps you're a high-performing Coordinator ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role?
You will bring with you:
- A Diploma qualification or higher in an ACECQA-approved field
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams
- Outstanding relationship-building ability
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passion for delivering quality programs and supporting communities
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities across a fast-paced portfolio
Experience within education, OSHC, children's services, health, recreation, sport or community-focused environments will be highly regarded.
