About this role

Company Description

We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.

Job Description

Your next step in leadership starts here.

Are you an experienced OSHC Coordinator ready to take the next step?

We’re looking for an ambitious, flexible and people-focused Area Coordinator (Mobile) to join our Gladstone team. This is more than a relief role - it’s an opportunity to work across the region, influence program quality, support service leaders and build the experience needed for your next step into Regional Management.

The Mobile Coordinator role is designed to provide operational leadership across multiple services, support educational program delivery, strengthen compliance and provide leadership coverage when Coordinators are away.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No two weeks will look the same!

You'll work across our Gladstone region to:

  • Support Coordinators and service teams when they need an extra set of hands.
  • Assist with ISS and program planning, helping services strengthen their educational practice and outcomes.
  • Pilot new programs and initiatives across the Gladstone region.
  • Step into Coordinator positions when team members are on leave, ensuring children and families experience consistent, high-quality care.
  • Take on an extended Coordinator placement when a service requires longer-term leadership coverage.
  • Coach, mentor and support Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
  • Visit services, identify opportunities and help drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Help build workforce capability, succession planning and future leaders.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager on projects and initiatives across the region.

THIS IS YOUR NEXT LEADERSHIP STEP

If you're currently a strong Coordinator and thinking:

“What's next for me?”

This could be it.

The Mobile Coordinator position gives you exposure to multiple services, different teams, operational decision-making, regional projects, coaching and leadership, while still being connected to service delivery.

It's designed as a step up from Coordinator and a pathway toward Regional Manager. You'll be supported to grow your leadership capability while being exposed to the bigger picture of regional operations.
