Oracle Cloud Order to Cash (O2C) SME

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.

i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant who will configure and support the Oracle Fusion Receivables and Order to Cash processes that manage how the agency bills, collects, and accounts for funds owed to it. This role offers the chance to shape O2C design for a major agency and grow with the program for years.

Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations.

What You Will Do

• Configure Oracle Fusion Receivables and O2C functionality.
• Support customer account configuration.
• Configure transaction types, AutoInvoice, and receivables processing.
• Support billing, invoicing, receipts, and cash application.
• Configure Lockbox and receipt processing functionality.
• Support collections and receivables accounting.
• Integrate AR with GL, Projects, and external systems.
• Support requirements, fit-gap, configuration, SIT, and UAT.
• Develop functional specifications.
• Support deployment and production stabilization.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and testing, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Oracle Financials experience.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Receivables experience.
• Experience with AR, billing, receipts, cash application, and collections.
• Knowledge of AutoInvoice and Lockbox.
• Understanding of accounting and GL integration.
• Strong functional testing experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, or problem solving.

Preferred Experience

• Federal reimbursable accounting or federal receivables experience.
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with G-Invoicing.
• Federal financial management experience.

Security & Eligibility Requirements

• S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency
• Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential
• Execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Compliance with agency Security Rules of Behavior
• Completion of required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training
• Work must be performed within the United States (remote access from foreign locations is not permitted)
• Employment is contingent upon contract award and Government approval of candidate qualifications
