About the Role

Established in 1990, Gill Opticians has grown to become Leigh’s first choice independent optical practice. We have built a strong reputation for quality professional services and a friendly welcoming environment.​

 

Our friendly, experienced staff provide the whole family with trusted advice on all aspects of eye and hearing care.

 

We’re looking for a part-time Optometrist to work 3 days a week. We can be flexible on working days, however it will include some Saturdays.

 

You’ll be an integral part of our team here and will help us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.

 

Educating others about the benefits of eye care is an ongoing challenge and one that we look forward to meeting head-on with you as a part of our team.

 

Additional Information:

 

  • Our testing times are 35 minutes
  • We have 2 consulting rooms
  • Our testing equipment includes 
  • DRS fundus camera, trial frames, pulsair, iCare, auto refractor/keratomater, humphries fields
  • We are a team of 6
  • Car parking nearby
