Operator

工作职责包括但不限于下列项目：

• 遵循各项安全规定，确保所有的工作都符合安全要求；Abide by all safety regulations and ensure all work complies with safety standards. 

• 汇报和干预各种不安全行为和不安全环境；Report and intervene against unsafe acts and hazardous working conditions. 

• 根据要求去完成工作任务，如生产、投料、整理、打扫卫生等；Complete assigned tasks including production, material feeding, tidying and cleaning as required. 

• 对生产中出现的质量问题立即汇报；Report any quality issues occurring during production without delay. 

• 根据要求操作所负责的设备和区域，利用知识和经验使生产线在安全和最佳的状态下运行；Operate designated equipment and work areas properly, and maintain the production line in safe and optimal operating condition with professional knowledge and experience. 

• 利用适当的流程和纪律，解决工艺设备障碍，进行小的维修和预防性维修；Troubleshoot process and equipment faults, and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance in accordance with standard procedures and work rules. 

• 利用自己的知识和经验，培训本小组的新成员。Train new team members by sharing professional knowledge and practical experience. 

• 配合公司 ISO9001:2008 及 ISO14001:2004 规定的相关任务。Fulfill relevant duties in compliance with the company's ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 requirements.
