Operativer Support Engineering Ground Support System (d/m/w)

Im Bereich „GSS Support Services EF GE“ sind wir die Spezialisten für die Bodensysteme des Eurofighter, welche auf einer Microsoft Server Infrastruktur basieren. Wir betreiben und warten diese Systeme am Standort und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei diesen Aufgaben. Zur Verstärkung des In-Service Support Teams suchen wir eine/n kreativen, innovativen und zuverlässigen Spezialisten für den operativen Support des Engineering Support Systems Eurofighter in Vollzeit (35 h/Woche). Kundenfreundlichkeit, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und arbeiten im Team in militärischem Umfeld zusammen mit langjährigen Mitarbeitern, stehen bei dieser spannenden und ansprechenden Arbeit im Fokus.

Diese Tätigkeit erfordert ein Bewusstsein für mögliche Compliance-Risiken und integres Verhalten. Beide Punkte sind Grundvoraussetzungen für den Erfolg, den guten Ruf und das nachhaltige Wachstum des Unternehmens.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Analyse und Bewertung von operativen und technischen Anfragen der Kunden an das nationale Engineering Support System

  • Unterstützung der Kunden hinsichtlich der Bedienung des nationalen Engineering Support System

  • Erstellung von Skripten zur Datenbankanalyse

  • Erarbeiten von Workarounds auf Basis von Problemanalysen

  • Durchführen von Datentransfers für die Anwender des nationalen Engineering Support Systems bei Airbus Defence and Space in Manching

  • Unterstützung der Entwicklung des nationalen Engineering Support Systems

  • Mitwirken bei weiterführenden Eurofighter-Analysen (z. B. Struktur, Triebwerk, Referenzdaten, Logistik) in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Fachbereichen/Suppliern

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Luftfahrttechnik/Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung (Meister/Techniker)

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Systemingenieur Eurofighter oder technisches Personal

  • Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Militärischen Flugbetrieb und deren Logistik

  • Kenntnisse der Arbeit mit Bodenunterstützungssystemen des Eurofighter sind von Vorteil

  • Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität

  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen (Kundenbetreuung, Installationen, Schulungen, Workshops)

  • Fließende Deutsch- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
