Operations Strategist - Recovery Operations

This position will work with employees and management to develop and maintain a dynamic service culture . This role is a hands-on, customer focused position that is responsible for assisting the managers in handling operational needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Initiatives & Projects (35%)

• Established professional; works under limited supervision leading complex, specialized initiatives around technology solutions for the department.

• Responsible for implementation decisions working with third party applications based on proven knowledge of Allied requirements & client needs to meet the larger objectives set by strategy.

• Create process project plans related to the center of excellence, setting objectives

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and to meet deadlines  

• Identifies and executes initiatives to standardize efficiency.

• Once an initiative or project has been released, this individual will track the success rate of efficiencies gained. They ensure that what was released is effective.

Analyzes Center of Excellence Data    (35%)

• Analyzes and creates monthly, quarterly and as needed reports to evaluate statistics; to present recommendations to management regarding emerging trends and workflow improvements.

• During implementation of large initiatives, this role helps develop & deploy training materials

• Ensures that quality assurance, productivity, and department standards are maintained by gap analysis of performance versus target.  Prioritizes, assigns and organizes workflow. 

Division Goals (30%)

• Works with management and cross-functional teams to achieve divisional goals with direct impact on departmental results  

• Consultant for client and internal employees on operational questions.   

• Handles customer and lender concerns/requests in an effective manner.  Use of clear and concise oral communication; accurately composes written materials as required by the position.

• Fosters and influences an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort, while maintaining a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.

• Assist, train, & communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding specialized and new workflows.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience required.
