Buscamos un/a Ssr Operations Analyst en Colombia para impulsar la eficiencia y transformación de nuestras operaciones mediante automatización, análisis de datos y mejora continua.


Tu impacto

  • Implementar y optimizar automatizaciones de procesos.
  • Identificar oportunidades para reducir tareas manuales, errores e ineficiencias.
  • Analizar KPIs, reportes y dashboards para generar insights.
  • Resolver incidencias mediante análisis de causa raíz.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y transformación operativa.
  • Colaborar con equipos regionales y multidisciplinarios.

Lo que buscamos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Informática, Administración o carreras afines.
  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en Operaciones, Automatización, Mejora Continua o Data Analytics.
  • Conocimientos en RPA, Power Automate/Power Platform
  • Power BI, SQL, Python, APIs o integraciones son un plus.
