Operations & Manufacturing Co-Op (Spring 2027)

Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking a motivated Operations & Manufacturing Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Student to join our team for the Spring 2027 term. This role provides an excellent opportunity for current students to gain hands-on experience in operations and manufacturing, while actively contributing to interdisciplinary projects that directly support Qualitrol’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
• Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
• Support data analysis to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Provide production support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in projects that directly contribute to operational excellence at Qualitrol.

Education & Experience

• Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2027 or 2028 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
