The group is now seeking an Operations Manager to lead their restaurants' daily operations, directing a diverse team to deliver excellent service and hospitality everyday. 

Main responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring timely and successful recruitment and training of team members;
  • Coordinating schedules and directing the duties and tasks of the team;
  • Participating in service and ensuring exceptional standards are maintained;
  • Conducting monthly performance and financial reviews; 
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment that nurtures professional growth and team retention;
  • Ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction;
  • Embodying the ethos and values of the group;
  • Ensuring compliance to operational standards of the company.
We seek candidates with:
  • 10+ years of restaurant operations experience in renowned restaurants, preferably in Asia;
  • Proven record of leading high-calibre teams to operate a profitable and successful restaurant;
  • Exceptional attention to detail; a proactive problem-solver who continuously seeks opportunities to improve;  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
