We are now scaling our electronics vertical significantly, and we are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead that growth.   Job Overview This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the heart of Soum's electronics business. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving end-to-end operations — from inbound inventory and quality control through to last-mile delivery and customer fulfilment. You will set the operational tempo, define the standards, and hold the line on execution. We are looking for someone who approaches operations with the same precision, discipline, and conviction that defines world-class execution. You are the kind of person who knows exactly what is happening in your domain at any given moment — not because you micromanage, but because you build systems and teams that give you full visibility and control.
