Your responsibilities include: Lead all daily installation operations for the branch Manage installation schedules, workflow, and operational efficiency Drive branch profitability while managing expenses and budgets Own branch P&L performance and margin improvement initiatives Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members Recruit, onboard, and maintain appropriate staffing levels Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Regional Leadership to ensure seamless project execution Improve installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions Maintain compliance with company policies, licensing, and safety requirements Help standardize best practices across the region   What Makes You Successful You enjoy solving problems, leading teams, and building efficient operations. You thrive in environments where no two days are the same and where your leadership directly impacts company growth.   Qualifications Required 7+ years of operations or service industry experience 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams 3+ years managing branch financials and P&L performance Experience improving operational efficiency and process execution Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience managing installation, construction, or field service operations Experience recruiting and managing subcontractors or independent installers Knowledge of residential construction, window/door installation, or building codes Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills   Why Window Nation?
