We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations & ICT Risk Management Officer to join our Risk Management Unit. In this role, you'll support risk oversight activities across operational, technology, and third-party risk areas, helping ensure that our processes, controls, and documentation meet regulatory and business requirements.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Draft, maintain, and update risk-related policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support third-party and outsourcing risk monitoring activities
- Maintain risk registers and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Support incident management and follow-up actions
- Monitor action plans, deadlines, and remediation activities
- Assist in the preparation of risk reports and management reporting
- Ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and audit-ready
- Collaborate with teams across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Risk functions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Up to 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, ICT Risk, Governance, Compliance, or a related field
- Experience working within financial services, payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated environment
- Exposure to policies, procedures, risk frameworks, or control documentation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience maintaining registers, trackers, and structured documentation
- Familiarity with risk management or GRC systems is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken
- Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship
